This is not the final, comprehensive, detailed, legally binding document required to rent a street legal golf cart from us, but we’ve made the small print slightly larger. The list below gives you an idea about what to expect on the rental waiver you’ll receive once you submit your payment to secure your golf cart rental.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have proof of current ID and Insurance
- Must carefully read all documentation and waivers before signing and submitting
- You must only travel on roads marked 35 MPH or lower
- You may cross at stop light, headed to an area marked 35 MPH or lower
- You may cross the bypass at MARKED crosswalks
- Each party may have a maximum of two authorized drivers. Those drivers must have a valid and current ID and Insurance. No unauthorized drivers.
- Drivers must not be under the influence of any controlled, mind altering substance (this includes alcohol, marijuana, prescription or street drugs)
- You may not transport more persons than the vehicle has seat belts for, or carry persons outside the passenger compartment.

- No lap children
- You do not have the right to sublease this vehicle during your rental period.
- You are responsible for all damage to, loss of, or theft of the vehicle during the Rental Period, including damage caused by collision, weather, terrain conditions, acts of God, and vandalism. Please refer to your Rental Agreement for more information on this.
- Do not load beyond 1200 lbs., as this is the maximum capaicity determined by the manufacturer of the vehicle.
- You are responsible for tolls, traffic violations and other charges
